Rozes, Gouveia & Company was founded in 1980 by Peter Rozes and Steven Gouveia with the goal to providing high quality accounting, tax and business advisory services to a broad client base.

Many businesses face a challenging environment plagued by eroding profits, tightening margins, rising taxes, and shrinking market share. We at Rozes, Gouveia & Company have the knowledge and experience, found at larger firms, but have also structured the practice to provide our clients with personalized and focused professional services demanded of smaller, boutique firms (e.g., personal attention, creativity and leadership).

Our ability to accomplish this aim has been greatly shaped by our firm’s commitment to employee continuity (i.e., all key staff have over three decades working at the firm with clients).  As such, our team has weathered numerous business cycles, including a couple of recessions, and have learned how to add value to our client’s operations during both bull and bear markets.

Rozes, Gouveia & Company represents a diverse range of commercial businesses and non-profits across various industry groups. Our firm’s professionals are experienced, highly trained and maintain their professional skills through ongoing participation in continuing education programs. We pride ourselves in understanding our clients’ needs and objectives.  Simply put … we are in the business of helping our clients to be successful.

As a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, our firm’s work product must be reviewed by an outside and objective peer group for quality assurance purposes.
